What types of cards can I accept?
EC Suite merchant accounts offer payment processing with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Not all merchants will be eligible for all Card Brands.

Can I accept PIN debit?
An encrypted PIN entry device is required to accept PIN debit transactions. EC Suite can help you obtain and configure this device.

How do I batch out my terminal?
- Auto-Batch: Your terminal can be configured to auto-batch up to 3 times daily. Please contact us if you wish to utilize this feature.
- Manual Batch: Your terminal type will determine the steps necessary to batch out a terminal. Please see our Product Integration Guides section to locate the guide for your terminal type.
